Summary/Abstract: In this article the author elaborates Seyyed Hossein Nasr’s thoughts regarding the interreligious dialogue, types of dialogue that he proposes and suggestions he offers for authentic and constructive dialogue among religions. The text presents Nasr’s dealing with religions and their interrelation in the light of perennial philosophy, which is clearly evident in his writings. His thoughts regarding interreligious dialogue Nasr is basing upon the views of philosophers of the perennial philosophy about the transcendent unity of religions and religious pluralism. He also gives a pivotal role to the Sufism in the dialogue between religions underlining the views of some sufi thinkers who tended to see same transcendent base of all the authentic religions.
