Summary/Abstract: Currently, many large, rapidly growing companies struggle with the problem of high staff turnover at lower positions. A large number of candidates and the rapid outflow of workers is associated with incurring substantial expenditures to carry out recruitment processes, or rejection of candidates without their preliminary assessment. In order to reduce turnover and improve the process of recruitment companies becoming more interested in methods of pre-selection of candidates. This paper provides an example of implementation of tools which combine psychometric and math-statistical methods for an initial assessment of candidates for job vacancies.
