Awareness and the need for operations research methods in the work of Polish project managers

Summary/Abstract: The paper is a summary of the results of a survey conducted on a group of professionals in project management. The aim of described study was to identify groups of respondents awareness of the existence and possible use of formal methods and tools for decision support in project management. Another aim of this his study was to verify the attitude of the selected professionals the methods and tools and the need to use in the work of project teams and project managers.
