Publication of case law and its addressees

Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the issues of publication of case-law and those of communication of judicial decisions to their addressees. It deals with the forms of publication and their accessibility and makes conclusions regarding the addressees of such publication. It further asks a question, whether the addressees (or readers) constituted by such forms of publication correspond to who should be an addressee of the texts of judicial decisions in a democratic state governed by the rule of law.
