ESSENTIAL ASPECTS OF LAW COMPARED REGARDING THE „FINDING OF CONTRAVENTIONS” IN THE LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA AND ROMANIA

Summary/Abstract: The finding of contraventions represents a first phase of the contravention process in which the competent authorities of the state collect and manage evidence and conclude protocols. In general, the work represents an analysis and a unification of the aspects characteristic of finding contraventions in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and Romania, with aspects of law comparison. Thus, were analyzed the main normative acts regulating the process of finding contraventions, the Contravention Code of the Republic of Moldova and the Ordinance of the Government of Romania no.2 of 12.06.2001 regarding the legal regime of contraventions. At the same time, the work refers to some theoretical-practical configurations regarding the conclusion of the protocol of finding the contraventions, reflecting in detail its obligatory elements, the content mentions.
