Summary/Abstract: Integrity is an increasingly common word, frequently present on everyone's lips, but often it is not properly used so as to describe the things to which it refers. Maybe this is why integrity tends to lose substance and seems to become a banal thing, accessible to anyone. In this article we will try to discover integrity – social value – in the private environment, at the internal level of companies and in their relationships with the business partners. Also, we will approach the matters concerning the integrity department and the role of thecompliance officer.
