Forming of Defence Legislation in Czechoslovakia

Summary/Abstract: The focus of this study is an analysis of legislative framework for building a defence system in former Czechoslovakia (1918–1938) with regard to main international political factors. The compositionsets a goal to analyse the major principles of the defences and the crucial pillars of potential reactionto possible aggression. Supplementary objective is also the examination of the costs, i.e. the pricepaid by the citizens for implementation of the defence system of the state.
