Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the contemporary teacher, his condition and effectiveness of his work. Thenarrative research presented here focuses on the quality of the teacher’s work. It consists of fivepillars: education, introduction to professional work at school, vocational training, working conditions and school institutions.
