Summary/Abstract: Causes of destruction of Yugoslavia are varied abundant. While the real socialism was breaking down at the end of eighties, Yugoslavia was in immense crisis on all levels of social life without minimal prospect to settle any of its structural problems. (The crisis deepened itself] not so much because of the economic noncompetence of ruling nomenclature, as much because of political will power shortage and political roundabouts of ruling elites concerning the indispensable reforms in economy and political system.
