Summary/Abstract: The paper on „eJustice“ deals with the implementation of ICT into judiciary. First part of this thesis mainly focuses on selected legal and technical issues of electronization of the judiciary. The second part contains case studies of computerization of the civil proceedings in three European countries. These studies are consequently compared.
