Project Management in the Context of the Social Work Methods with the Case

Summary/Abstract: The article is a proposal to look at a social worker in the context of managerial attitudes characterized by the skill of strategic action – an informed choice resulting from reliable knowledge and professional experience. All managerial decisions must be a conscious choice – a responsible social worker not only able to choose the right time, but the action option chooses by comparison and prediction of the effects of their implementation available and thoroughly recognized ways to maximize the achievement of goals related generally to preventing the emergence of marginalization of people and families. In particular, the aim of the article is to analyze those elements that have a fundamental impact on the success of projects as a method of social work with chance, containing multidimensional tasks based on the principles of human rights and social justice.
