SOCIALIST PROJECT — THE GOAL-MEANS RELATIONSHIP

Summary/Abstract: Starting from the value orientations, formulated by the socialist project, the author analyses the selection of means for fulfilling these goals. She above all analyses economic strategy and development and points out that, in the postwar development of our country, there has been a permanent tension between the goals desired and the method of those goal’s fulfillment. She analyses the capitalist encirclement’s effects in particular, as well as the transference of technology and concepts in economy. Particular emphasis is laid on the transference of the model of consumption and its social implications.
