Summary/Abstract: This study focuses on the relationship between the individual career management of job stress and organizational career management. The aim of the study is to determine whether work stress differs between employees' perceptions of career management (individual career management and organizational career management). Also, it is to determine whether the employees working on job stress differ according to demographic factors (age, gender, seniority, marital status, education level, salary, workplace position etc.). Online survey was used as a data collection method in the study. For this purpose, data were collected from 322 employees in the production sector in Konya. The questionnaire consisted of 35 questions. 9 The question is related to demographic characteristics. In the measurement of job stress, Netemeyer et al. (2005) used four scales and in the measurement of career management, an individual career management scale consisting of 9 questions and organizational career management consisting of 13 questions modeled by Küçük (2012) was used. As a result of the analysis; It was determined that there was a negative and moderate relationship between the organizational career management and the work force perceived by the employees and there was a negative and weak relationship between job stress and individual career management.
