Summary/Abstract: There exists no single country without crime-related organizations residing in. Those underground organizations involved in sale and production of narcotics primarily not only act as a counter force vis a vis governments but get integrated into governmental structures as parts of government hierarchy One of the most important challenges of contemporary global system and nation states without regard to their financial situation is terrorism. Terrorism defined an act of violent acts that are intended to create fear based on violence to create instabilities democratically has become a daily danger, thus being a part of ordinary lives of people. To establish their objectives, these organizations may go into activities such as hijacking planes, bombing, and suicide bombing therefore leading to financial losses and losses of lives. One of the vital actions of governments is to struggle against crime related organization. Whilst realizing the given task one of the essential targets become to deal with factors such as poverty, unemployment, social exclusion and lack of education being the basic perpetrators of the problems.
