THE ATTEMPT TO EVALUATE FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF THE HEALTH CARE DEVELOPMENT

Summary/Abstract: If we assume that the dynamics of available and necessary means in the field of health care will remain mainly under the influence of the same factors as in the last 22 years, we can expect that in the year 2000 the available means will range from 1,2 to 2,2 and the necessary means from 4,5 to 7,4 billion $. Therefore, for the normal functioning of health activities it is most important to provide a balance between necessary and available means.
