Summary/Abstract: This article presents a lecturer office in the Higher Theological Seminary from the canon law perspective. First we present a need for a lecturer office in the Higher Theological Seminary. Then we listed the qualifications for a seminary professor and the issue of formation of seminary teachers. The final part concerns the tasks of teachers in the Higher Theological Seminary.
