Summary/Abstract: In contemporary society one could see evolution of power: military-technological, diplomatic-manipulative- media, and including of terorism and criminal in the system functioning. Basis of this is given in the expansion of „turbocapitalism” ( growth of national income, globalisation, arms market, new interventionism, etc). Ever larger disproportions in power gives new articulation of world „logic of power”.
