SERBS IN VOJVODINA AND THEIR STATE–JURIDICAL GROUND

Summary/Abstract: This is treatise on historical, economic, social and ideological grounds of the form of rule that Serbs and other peoples in Vojvodina are living in. Main treat of this form of rule is subjectivity of private interest within the realm of state and anihilation of this very private interest from the realm of civil society. This form of rule have its two ways of performing: balcanian and eastern one. They are diferent in militarism and nationalism. Balcanian is founded on conzervative political idea. For Vojvodina have survived great suferings from this form of rule, their citizens can not abandon the devastating consequences of conservative political idea otherwise than by establishing of economic, political, cultural subjectivity and independence.
