Summary/Abstract: On the sample of 488 pupils from high schools in Belgrade, three professional and one general school, we examined the escaping from school and the relation with some sociopishological characteristics of students and sample variables selected from the family, school and peer environment. Running data were obtained by self-evidence in an anonymous situation, using a Student's Questionnaire that was specifically designed for the purpose of this research. The obtained results showed significant differences in escaping, depending on gender, and the connection of this escape with a large number of variables from the environment of the family, school and peer group.
