Summary/Abstract: Juvenile offenders behavior produces various undesirable social, family, personal and other consequences on minors and produces especially interesting phenomenon, which society does not pay attention to, is stigmatization. Stigmatization as an effect of negative prejudices can lead to the appearance of deviant identity and thus adversely affect the process of social reintegration and resocialization. The study of the impact of stigmatization on results in the process of re-socialization of juvenile offenders in school, among peers, in the family, in the media and in the work of professional workers in social care institutions, points to the relationships between attitudes of experts in all institutions that have contact with children with this behavioral problem and with phenomenon of stigmatization and process of resocialization. The cooperation of family, school and local community in achieving their educational and social function is essential for the planning of primary prevention and socialization of children and minors as an effective strategic framework for combating all offensive forms of behavior and stigmatization of offenders. Starting from the theoretical point of view, the factors of resocialization, models and principles of resocialization are explained. The role and cooperation of social protection institutions with minors, families and other socialization or resocialization agents is essential for the prevention of the stigmatization of juvenile offenders.Special attention should be paid to positive legislation with reference to international standards and instruments for the protection of juvenile offenders in order that every factor of resocialization, or an expert, will take an impartial attitude towards children who commit a crime and thus help them in successful social integration.
