Summary/Abstract: In August 2019, several legislative acts were amended, among which we mention: The Fiscal Procedure Code, the Law on companies no. 31/1990, the G.E.O. no. 77/2009 on the organization and operation of games of chance. Furthermore, in August 2019, the following legislative acts were amended: G.E.O. no. 195/2002 on the circulation on public roads, G.O. no. 81/2000 on the periodic technical inspection of vehicles registered in Romania. Furthermore, in August 2019, the following laws were amended: Law no. 78/2000 on preventing, discovering and punishing corruption offences and Law no. 95/2006 on healthcare reform.
