Summary/Abstract: In September 2019, the Statute on the Organisation and Exercise of the Insolvency Practitioner’s Practice and the Code of Professional Conduct and Discipline of National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania (UNPIR) were republished in the Official Gazette. Moreover, in September 2019, several legislative acts were amended, among which: The Administrative Code, the Status of the mediator profession, G.E.O. no. 34/2008 on the organisation and operation of the unique national system for emergency calls, G.E.O. no. 111/2011 regarding electronic communications. Likewise, the Regulation on the organisation and conduct of the examination for the promotion of judges, the Regulation regarding the transfer of judges were published as well, in September.
