Relationship between attachment and early language development in children

Summary/Abstract: The article is aimed at defining mutual connections between language acquisition and attachment.The authors focus mainly on father – child and mother – child interactions and their impact on languageacquisition. Based on the findings of experts, it can be stated that attachment significantly influencesthe extent of the child‘s vocabulary. Environment in which a child grows affects the child to a largeextent, positively or negatively; for example, speech disorders can develop in the child.
