Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present fields of individualization in the personnel policy of the enterprise, directed at the development of employees (professional career). Analysis of functionality groups of the Dedicated Programme of Development (DPD) of employees: creating a programme model, support of processes, progress monitoring and deciding, analysis of requirements and groups of conditions dependent on the enterprise and on the employee. In order to implement the subject of the elaboration, theorems proposed by H.J. Leavitt, T.L. Whisler, L. Krzyżanowski, T. Peters, R.Waterman, R. Chen, L. Liao, Z. Fang and also M.M. Yass, H.A. Hassan and F.A. Omar, were used. The following methods were used to achieve the goal: analysis and criticism of literature, plans and documentation of career paths, discussion and diagnostic survey carried out by the Author in 2018 on a group of 152 people from the Mazovia Province.(original abstract)
