Summary/Abstract: Special investigations are legal categories, or types of legal actions, which, given their specific purpose of the procedural steps, are sui generic. The importance of these acts as special methods in comba-ting crime is very great. Their greatest contribution is that they re-present evidence in fight against modern forms of crime. Due to increased organized crime, the criminal procedural law has addressed the need to build a comprehensive criminal processing system according to existing international requirements, since this crime is different from “common” crime consisting of the criminal acts of individuals and arising, as a rule, as single and isolated divergences from socially accepted behavior in a society. Countries, faced with the challenges of organized crime and its disastrous consequences, had to undertake some measures, through criminal policies means in order to meet the goal-combat against the crime. Special investigations are among more successful measures.
