Summary/Abstract: Deprivation ownership right or other right to real estate can be realize only exclusively. Then, valid identification belongs to concede. In this paper procedure of expropriation was done. It pay attention on rights of persons who where expropriation and present results of results carried on area northern Poland. In the paper, underline these aspects, it has come in which for other interpretation of obligatory regulations. It perform comparison of procedure of compulsory purchase of real estate in Poland and Germany. It research cases of compulsory purchases of real estate in last years 2002-2005.
