Summary/Abstract: Automatization is understood as the shorthand term for the global process of submitting labor to rational standards, while working class is percieved as the producing group in a permament state of change. Automatization facilitates two trends: 1. the process of overcoming a gap between controlers and producers in terms of labor conditions and modes of work activity, and, 2. increase in gap between highly and less educated categories of labor force.
