Summary/Abstract: A work organization is a unity of technological-technical, economic and social organization and, within these spheres, the subject-matter of special sciences. The sociology of work examines an enterprise’s social organization. Due to quite a frequent requesting for a multi-disciplinary research into these problems in the forthcoming period, the sociology of work is to pay much more attention to research into economic phenomena and processes from the point of view of a social organization.
