Summary/Abstract: Social research, no matter whether it is fundamental or applied one, orients itself to an assessment of national paths and policies of development in accordance with any country’s conditions, characteristics and needs- In its historical and gradually chrystalized efforts to build its own strategy of development of a socialist type, the Romanian Communist Party’s point of departure is that the general laws of socialist revolution and building can manifest themselves only in special, soncrete forms specific of the tradition and socio-economic conditions in every country.
