Summary/Abstract: The work is concerned with the personnel policy’s role in a work organization, with regard to the efficacious use of knowledge and capability of the employed in particular, as these affect both the productiivity of labour to increase and business success. The problem was dealt with at a railway transport firm employing a number of beginning employees (70). One has followed up their work and satisfaction with work as well as the’ir satisfaction with the firm itself and the organization of test work. Also was followed up their work on their work posts after they had become permanently employed.
