THE DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSFORMATION OF THE PEASANT HOUSE

Summary/Abstract: Since the beginning of the 19 th century up to-date the fund of peasant houses in the territory of Yugoslavia has for several times been restored. Along with this process the process of the peasant house's transformation has developed as well. Although during this period the peasant house has enormausly changed, these changes have not been even ,in all the regions. The peasant house in the eastern parts have undergone considerably greater changes than the one in the western and coastal parts of Yugoslavia.
