Summary/Abstract: The starting point of the article has been identified in the theories of discourse analysis, namely the communicative strategies adopted by the moderator in order to fulfill in the development of the debate the tactics of the neutrality, according to the politeness strategies. The ethical approach has been evaluated by the relations and the roles the moderator pre-allocated and built the personal brand of the participants, throughout the means of discourse as social interaction in media debate, talk-show.
