Summary/Abstract: In current regulations, concrete’s contribution to shear is for normal strength concretes. İn this paper, the results obtained from the experimental study of the high strength reinforced concrete beam with the shear span-to-depth ratio (a/d) of 3.6 were compared with the equations which gave the accepted shear strength in the literature and by the different researchers.
