Summary/Abstract: In parallel with technological developments in today's information society, the use of computers in the public and private sectors has become inevitable. In the public sector, the office worker spends most of his time at the computer. While the use of computers in the public sector facilitates work from one side, it also brings health problems from the other side. Purpose of this study The purpose of this study is to find and present proposals against probable problems of researching the occupational health problems of office workers working in the public sector. As a result of this study, it was determined that the office worker had the first discomfort with musculoskeletal disease. The progress of the technology is dependent on the employee's ability to provide effective service. It is possible for the employee to be able to provide efficient service by providing suitable and comfortable working environment. The ergonomics of the office enables the ergonomic arrangement suitable for the employee's structure to minimize the fatigue and discomfort of the user and increase the productivity. With the implementation of the office ergonomics, the skeletal diseases and other discomforts of the office workers are solved or at least alleviated.
