FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN COMPANIES PROVIDING

Summary/Abstract: In financial crises and congestion processes, enterprises seek various ways and methods to overcome this process. These methods vary according to the reasons and dimensions of the economic contraction in the enterprises. Today, it is one of the most well-known concordat methods in order to get rid of economic contraction and bankruptcy. An entity applying for a concerted law revises its financial management within the framework of the regulations determined by the government in order to avoid bankruptcy. With the adoption of the concordat application, the financial management of the enterprise is completely reshaped in this new regulation axis. This study focuses on how financial management is performed in enterprises that declare concordat. The concordat process, which works and transactions are organized in this process, the effects of the concordat on the management structure of the enterprise will be discussed within the scope of the study and the issue of financial management will be examined.
