Summary/Abstract: The relevance and novelty of the study are determined by the fact that the composition and stylistic functions of quantitative-nominalcombinations in the poetic works of Alexander Pushkin have not been studied. The analysis shows that the numerical componentsof these constructions perform not only informative, but also genre-forming and expressive-evaluative functions in the lyrical worksof the poet. The use of combinations with numerals indicates the demand for them in folklore stylizations (Songs of the WesternSlavs, etc.), as well as in the contexts indicating the time and number of persons. Evaluative meanings (good / bad) can be expressedby quantitative-nominal combinations implicitly, therefore, for their understanding it is necessary to take into account the broadercontext, the logical and syntagmatic presuppositions of poetic utterance.
