Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationships between the job satifsfaction, life satisfaction and self-efficacy in hospitality business. In order to achieve this goal a survey that contains the measure of Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire developed by Weiss et al, Life Satisfaction Questionnaire developed by Diener et al and General Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale developed by Jerusalem and Schwarzer were used 233 employees of hospitality business in the region of Kusadasi were determined by using simple random sampling method as a sample, and job satisfaction, life satisfaction, self-efficacy of employees were measured by this survey. The data gathered through structured questionnaire technigue were firsty analyzed by means of SPSS 18.0 programme and descriptive statistics were defined. Then by means of LISREL 8.8 programme, the data were analyzed by one of the multivariate statistical tests, Structural Equation Modeling. According to the data gathered it was found that there is a significant and positive relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction; between job satisfaction and self-efficacy; between life satisfaction and self-efficacy. it was observed that self-efficacy has a partially mediation effect in the relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction.
