Summary/Abstract: In the progress of their work teachers are building their personal educational concepts concerning children’s thinking and learning. From this result implemented ways of conducting the process of teaching-learning. The prerequisites to build own opinions on the profession, professional experience from work with various groups in different socio-cultural environments, as well as current social demands. Differentiation of students and possibilities obliges teachers to choose the form of students help, in some manner deviating from the main group of peers. In the article the models folk pedagogies (by J. Bruner) was opposed to convictions of Polish teachers.
