Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes the integration processes in the teaching of natural sciences, from primary school to the students of higher educational institutions. It is shown that the integration that occurs along with the processes of differentiation, aimed at strengthening the links between objects. Teaching of natural sciences is conducted in such a way that the studied courses are not consistent with each other, often have different interpretations of the same phenomena of nature do not form a unified approach to the study of natural sciences. In higher education, the integration of biological profile observed in virtually all disciplines studied, especially in the senior years.
