A CRITIQUE OF NEOLIBERALISM AS AN IDEOLOGY OF UN-ALTERNATIVE ORDER

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents plentiful overview of ideas that can be found in the book of Pierre Bourdieu, a contemporary French sociologist, named "Signals of lights (Contributions to resistance to neoliberal invasion)". While presenting and commenting Bourdieu's ideas, the author of the paper also presents his own reflections about neoliberal mondialisation and globalization, as well as his thoughts about the possibility of authentic engagement of intellectuals in today's time.
