Summary/Abstract: In October 2019, several legislative acts were amended, among which the Fiscal Code, amended by three distinct laws. Moreover, in October, the Regulation on organizing and conducting the examination for admission to the magistrate system was published in the Official Gazette and it was approved, as well as the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Superior Council of Magistracy. The following were amended in the same month: Law no. 218/2002 regarding the organization and operation of the Romanian Police and the G.E.O. no. 104/2001 regarding the organization and functioning of the Romanian Border Police.
