Summary/Abstract: In relation to the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (the Panel regarding the appeal in the interest of the law), several decisions on admission were ruled on in relation to: Code of criminal procedure, Law no. 554/2004 on administrative proceedings, Labour Code, Social Dialogue Law no. 62/2011 and Civil Code, Code of civil procedure and Law no. 71/2011 for the enforcement of Law no. 287/2009 regarding the Civil Code, Framework-law no. 284/2010 regarding the unitary salary paid from public funds.
