Summary/Abstract: As a result of the activity of the Constitutional Court, several decisions were published in October (granted objections and pleas of unconstitutionality) relating to: The Law for amending art. 109 of the G.E.O. no. 95/2002 on circulation on public roads, the Law for amending and supplementing Law no. 286/2009 regarding the Criminal Code, as well as the Law no. 78/2000 on preventing, discovering and punishing corruption offences.
