Summary/Abstract: The article discloses a study of topical issues of the peculiarities of the formation of personnel motivation in the talent management system of innovatively integrated structures. The specific features of the activity of innovatively integrated structures are considered. The need for talent management is actualized and the features of the content of staff motivation in innovatively integrated structures are substantiated. The analysis of factors that impede the development of talent in enterprises and organizations - potential participants in innovatively integrated structures is carried out. The substantiation of talent as a key factor in the success and effectiveness of the functioning of innovatively integrated structures was further developed. It is proved that the correct selection of talented personnel, their identification, formation, effective use, development and support using effective motivation methods are the main competitive advantages of such structures. The approaches to the formation of staff motivation to improve the efficiency and success of the work of innovatively integrated structures in the talent management system are proposed. Prospects for further research will be the study of successful foreign experience in managing talented employees in innovative companies, the study of factors influencing talent management in Ukrainian organizations and enterprises.The development of approaches to the assessment of talented employees, the search for tools for the development of talents by improving staff motivation in innovatively integrated structures are also a prospects for scientific research.
