Summary/Abstract: On the basis of theoretical and methodological research in risk and environmental management, risk assessment is proposed in the balanced use of natural resources through the use of a universal approach that will enable to identify the overall effects of environmental impact and identify possible ways of making decisions, taking into the account all the consequences and probabilities of their occurrence.
