Summary/Abstract: This paper, from the position of the semiosphere theory of J.M. Lotman it points out to essential aspects of culture as an exogenetic phenomenon subject to prescription (culture begins the rules created by Humans). Its invariant mechanisms of structuring and acting are considered, above all: semiospheric limit, its semiotic aura and luminous radiation of aura. Some culture universalia (self-description, codification, modularity etc.) are emphasized which enable somewhat “in depth” recognition of its characteristics and theoretical generalization of culture. An important finding of investigation, on the level of concretization, points out to the fact that numerous contemporary cultures, by legislative norm in many domains of public and private lives – officially equalize not only genetic gender (masculinum / femininum) but also exogenetic gender (subject to prescription by selection and pattern of culture), therefore, personae whose gender is designated by his/her right to choice of sexual orientation). Besides, semiotic limit of so defined individuum is reduced to the physical limit of a mature person with all benefits and adverse effects derived from it. It seems, however, that luminous radiation of aura of semiotic limit of the module-patron (crown individuum of patriarchal cultures, during the whole diachrony and synchrony) – does not lose its strength. Affecting retrogradely, above all, customary norms and behavior, luminous radiation of aura of semiotic limit of the patron is the key disturber of the prescription of patriarchal cultures.Theoretical finding, therefore, pints out to the fact that “anchorage” of the effect of luminous radiation of aura of social individuum to customary norm – represents the factor of inertia and resistance which hinders prescription of cultures founded on patriarchal code.
