Summary/Abstract: The biggest problem with current society, families is this functionality. In this case components are the process structures of being not close in a family with one to another, honesty, that in results is hard to function on a day to day basis and simply cause the problems in communication to run as a proper, healthy family. In most of those cases, a social worker needs to be involved in such family. Therefore the family’s with, such as issues need to get constantly help to overcome this situation. In this case a social worker must be involved too. In this case a social worker must be involved to help, to integrate with such a family, to understand those inside problems, find the recovery plan and implement under her/his supervision until this family can run properly on their own.
