Summary/Abstract: The Constitution represents the fundamental document of a state which defines both the government regime and way of organization, and also the privileges and the responsabilities of citizens that are under that specific government. As follows, its content is a collection of articles regarding the freedom of conscience, freedom of religion or freedom of speech. Our attention is now oriented toward the three Constitutions from the Romanian monarchical regime specifically toward the provisions in connection with the privilege and freedom of exercising one’s own religious confession.
