Summary/Abstract: Based on an in-depth survey of the literature, the purpose of the paper is to better understand the relationship between evidence-based management practices, artificial intelligence recruiting software, and automated hiring decisions. Using and replicating data from Bright & Company, Corporate Research Forum, Deloitte, IBM Institute for Business Value, McKinsey, MIT Sloan Management Review, Top Employers Institute, and Management Events, I performed analyses and made estimates regarding workforce analytics implementation challenges in human resources (%) and revolutionary ways to utilize augmented reality and virtual reality in human resources (%). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.
