Summary/Abstract: It is more difficult in many ways to carry out physical activities for people with visual impairments. The negative trends of contemporary lifestyle related to the imbalance of energy intake and expenditure may lie on them in the increased rate. They do not have too many opportunities for the energy expenditure. The most commonly reported physical activities of people with visual impairments include walking. But its realization may be associated with a number of problems. The aim of the study was to find out the volume of everyday physical activities in comparison with the passive relaxation and to find out to which extent they are a part of everyday life of people with visual impairments.
